• Please read the form letter and then click the arrow which says I agree with the terms and conditions of this form letter and would like to apply for the ATP license for European users
• Sign it and then send to Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kizilcay VIA POST ONLY

Please note: Licensing applications submitted by undergraduate students via Web form will not be approved. Instead Student License Form should be used.
